The following terms are applicable for any services that You purchased with Us.
For the purposes of this Return and Refund Policy, words with capitalized initial letters bear the meanings defined hereunder.
The following definitions shall have the same meaning regardless of whether they appear in singular or in plural.
"COMPANY" also variously called either "the Company", "We", "Us" or "Our" in this Policy refers to MediDirect.
"GOODS" refers to the items offered for sale on the Service.
"SERVICE" refers to the Website.
"WEBSITE" refers to Medidirect360.com, accessible from https://medidirect360.com.
"YOU" means the individual accessing or using the Service, or the company, or other legal entity on behalf of which such individual is accessing or using the Service, as applicable.
A grace period of 45 minutes is provided after the scheduled appointment time.
Beyond this grace period, attendance shall only be at the discretion of the centre.
You are entitled to cancel Your Appointment within 3 hours after booking with a concrete reason(s) for doing so.
A refund of 50% is eligible to be returned after 24 hours of cancelling an appointment. The deadline for cancelling an appointment is 24 hours from the date on which You booked the appointment or on which a third party you have appointed booked the appointment.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision in writing via our website statement.

In order for the Service to be eligible for rescheduling: the services were purchased no more than 24 hours immediately preceding rescheduling, and the date and time for booked appointments were not available at the chosen diagnostic centres.
The following Appointments cannot be rescheduled: appointments that were not booked via our website; appointments that lack payment receipts via the website; appointment services that were delivered but deemed unsatisfactory; failure to meet up a booked appointment by the customer despite availability of the centre.
We reserve the right to refuse rescheduling of an appointment that does not meet the above return conditions in our sole discretion.
You are responsible for the cost and risk of rescheduling appointments. You should reschedule appointments via email at Medidirectdiagnostic@gmail.com or by calling our line at 09112169999.
We shall not reimburse You from the 3–24 hours on the day on which we receive the notification.
We will reschedule your appointment for another time.
We will use the same method of booking, and You will not incur expenses for the rescheduling.
We cannot be held responsible for Appointments missed or forgotten. Therefore, We recommend the use of reminders and notification service.
We are unable to issue a reschedule or a refund without actual receipt of the booked appointment or proof of payment for service purchased.
If you reschedule an appointment and fail to show up after 24 hours, the payment is considered to be lapsed.
Where the diagnostic centres have made preparations for your appointment and you cancel or reschedule, the amount to be refunded shall be significantly affected.
A refund of 50% is eligible to be returned after 24 hours of cancelling an appointment.

You must not have participated in the services of the chosen diagnostic centre for the booked appointment.
We are unable to issue a reschedule or a refund without the receipt generated by MediDirect of the booked appointment for service purchased.
You will be charged a flat fee if you cancel your booked appointment within 24 hours before being refunded.
For missed appointments, a 50% fee would apply to any refund requested within a maximum of 7 days from the appointment date.
In order to exercise Your right of cancellation, You must inform Us of your decision by selecting the cancellation button on our website https://medidirect360.com.
You will be charged a flat fee if you cancel the booked appointment 24 hours before the day of the appointment.
If you miss a booked appointment, the next step to take is to revalidate within 7 days.
You must have made payment for the service via the website/app.
You have not participated in the services of the chosen diagnostic centre for the booked appointment.
You must have missed the booked appointment without prior cancellation to be eligible for revalidation.
Failure to revalidate your booked appointment within 7 days leads to forfeiture of payment.
Revalidation can be done via the website/app.
